This policy applies to all global orders placed via SEEKRAIL’s official platform. We strive to deliver your elegant maxi dresses promptly and securely to your doorstep.
1. Shipping Coverage
We offer global shipping to most countries and regions. For remote areas where delivery is unavailable, our support team will notify you within 1 business day of order placement to discuss alternatives or process a full refund.
2. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays in Hong Kong).
- For out-of-stock items, we will inform you via email within 24 hours, with options to wait for restock (estimated time provided) or cancel the order for a full refund.
3. Shipping Time & Fees

Note: Delivery times may be extended due to customs delays, public holidays, or logistics disruptions (we will notify you of significant delays).
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, a tracking number and logistics provider link will be sent to your registered email.
- You can also check order status via the “Order Tracking” page on our website (enter your order number and email).
5. Customs & Duties
- For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may be imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer (SEEKRAIL does not cover them).
- We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order to avoid unexpected costs.
6. Delivery Issues
- If your order is lost, damaged, or delivered to the wrong address:
- Contact our support team within 3 days of the estimated delivery date (provide your order number and tracking details).
- We will investigate with the logistics provider and resolve the issue within 5 business days (options: reshipment, full refund, or compensation as applicable).
- Failed delivery due to incorrect address (provided by the customer) may result in additional shipping fees for redelivery.
