1. Do you ship worldwide?​

Yes, we offer global shipping. Delivery time varies by region, usually 7-15 business days after order confirmation.​

2. What is your return & exchange policy?​

Unused items with original tags can be returned/exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer (except for defective products).​

3. How to choose the right size?​

4. What payment methods are accepted?​

5. How to track my order?​

Once shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email. Use it on our “Order Tracking” page to check status.​

6. What if my dress has quality issues?​

Contact us with your order number and photos of the issue within 3 days of receipt. We’ll arrange a refund, replacement, or repair promptly.​

7. Can I cancel or modify my order?​

Orders can be canceled/modified within 24 hours of placement. After that, changes may not be possible as we start processing quickly.​
